Yesterday, the Northern Ireland Food-To-Go Association met with MRP of McAleer and Rushe to discuss the plans to transform Wavers Cross, Belfast, into a Northern Ireland Food-To-Go Hub.
Northern Ireland Food To Go Association Chief Executive, Michael Henderson, said:
"The introduction of a new food market at the Belfast Europa Bus Station site would be a huge boost to the Northern Ireland tourism industry and provide 100's of jobs.
The Northern Ireland Food To Go scene has become one of the most desirable food destinations worldwide, attracting food enthusiasts from each corner of the globe to Northern Ireland to taste the high-quality dishes our Food To Go industry has to offer.
