Today, Northern Ireland Food To Go Association Chairperson Kiera Campbell and Chief Executive Michael Henderson met with Mayor of Derry City & Strabane District Cllr Lilian Barr SDLP to discuss the challenges and opportunities within the Northern Ireland Food-To-Go industry while also visiting the LegenDerry Food Market at Foyle Maritime Festival to taste some delicious local products.
This was a very positive meeting, as the mayor was passionate to learn more about the industry. We look forward to meeting again soon to discuss additional support for food-to-go businesses in the Derry City & Strabane District Council areas.
